Return Policy

We want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase, so we’re glad to offer exchanges if something isn’t right. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, just reach out to our team and we’ll help make it right.

Returns (Within 3 Days of Purchase)

Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, including the purchase date, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The original receipt is required.
• No cash refunds are given. Approved returns will be issued as store credit equal to the item’s value. Replacement items must be selected at the same time as the exchange.
• Consumable items (such as incense and air fresheners) can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note: Clearance items, bedding, and towels cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
